Shop Policies for Summerfield Farm.

Special Note for Local Pickup orders:

  1. Local pickup items can only be picked up locally  The allowed local pickup zip codes are 37745, 37616, 37744, 37743, 37641.  If your zip code is not included send a contact message to the admin asking to include your zip code.
  2. You must pick up your order at our farm by appointment only or if we have previously announced that we will be open, or from your local farmers market that we will be at. 
  3. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.  We will include in that email the next several dates available that we will either be open or at a local market.  Please let us know as soon as possible which location and what date you would prefer to receive your order.
  4. Local only merchandise sales are final, we will make sure your order is in good condition, we cannot take care of it for you once it is in your hands.  If there is an issue please let us know as soon as possible.  If we can, we will work with you that we will both be pleased.
  5. It is YOUR responsibility to pick your order up in a timely manner.

Mail-order items: 

Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it’s safe arrival. We always try to use recycled packing materials.

Payment: Now accepting Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by debit or credit card.

Your item will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted. Some custom orders, those that are made to order, will not ship in 3 business days.

Shipping: Standard shipping wil be via USPS first class mail for small, lightweight items. Larger items will be shipped USPS priority.

We will upgrade the shipping method upon your request. If you would like to insure your item, contact us for a quote. We can not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges: We strive to provide the best customer service.

RETURN POLICY: We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund (minus shipping charges). Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you would like to return an item. Buyer pays shipping on all returns.

We do not sell anything that we would not use or wear ourselves. Most all of our vintage items have been previously enjoyed, so please understand that they are not in ‘brand new’ condition. We try to include any flaws, age spots in the item description. Many vintage collectors view these imperfections as part of the history of the piece!
