Are you open at your farm?
In light of the current Covid19 pandemic, we are no longer open on the farm until further notice. We dislike having to make this decision but deem it necessary for our family, and yours.
How can I purchase your products?
Currently, you may purchase our products on our website which will then be either packed for shipping, or set aside for local pickup or delivery. We only ship to select states at this time.
What is local pickup?
Local pickup is anything that can be considered close enough to warrant making the trip to Greeneville, TN to pick up your order from us at a locations deemed to be a “safe zone”. Currently that is predesignated at the Depot Street Farmers Market in downtown Greeneville at the Greene County Partnership parking lot. In order for your order to offer the option of local pickup, your entered zip code must match one of the following zip codes. If your zip code is not in this list and you would like it to be, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org

What is local delivery?
Local delivery can be selected if you live in Greene County, TN only. For $5 we will personally bring you your order to your house. We reserve the right to NOT deliver if we feel we are in personal danger upon arrival (dogs, bears, martians, vicious kittens, etc). If we have cell service signal we will make the attempt to contact you at least once before leaving. The following zip codes must be entered in order to active the local delivery option.

How do you pack plants for shipping?
We will try to use recycled material whenever possible (i.e. newspapers, shopping bags, etc). We will remove the plant from it’s container and remove any excess, unnecessary soil from it to save on shipping charges. We will pack your plant gently using plastic bags and/or newspaper and ship first class USPS. Usually you will receive your package the next day or 2nd day. We usually only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week so it doesn’t get held up in shipping over an extended period of time before delivery.
I live nearby, but local pickup and/or delivery are not showing on checkout.

If I choose local delivery or local pickup, may I pay you COD?
Another Covid19 situation, as currently we are not accepting any form of in person payment upon delivery. For the safety of our family and yours, we insist for the time being that all purchase are online purchased, prepaid orders. We hope to return to accepting COD orders in the near future.
What is “coming soon”?
Any item that has no stock quantity that is still on our catalog is labelled as “coming soon”. Any item that is out of stock or sold out will be removed from displaying in our catalog. Coming soon means that we have the plants seeded and either haven’t germinated yet or is still to small to be safely transported and planted. If you want to know a rough estimate on when a coming soon product will be available, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
